Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement features and enhancements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve application performance and usability.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Assist in integrating third-party APIs and services.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies.
  • Experience with React.js and component-based architecture.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of MongoDB and database design principles.
  • Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux).
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
