With over 27 years, Nilesh has far-reaching experience in project management, offshore, onshore businesses & various IT segments. He is a visionary with verifiable year-after-year success in managing IT companies across the globe, especially in US, UK, Canada and India serving clients of 18 countries.

Nilesh has been awarded “BELLCORE President Award”, “Leadership Award” & many other awards from LMI & Bellcore Projects in the USA. In addition to this, the VP Fund award & Customer Service award in Bellcore adds to his achievements. On an international platform, he had been bestowed with various prestigious honors during his tenure as a Managing Director. Unnati India, LMI, USA has honored him with an award for team building in different organizations.

He is also involved as a member of IEEE (USA), certified as Toast Master (USA), certified Computer Lecturer from New Jersey (USA), active member of Association of Past Xavierites (India), member of Computer Society of India (India), active member of Ahmedabad Management Association (India) and member of TiE, as an activist of the Teach India movement.

Nilesh is a graduate in Physics and pursued an M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, US. Previously, he has had executive and leadership roles such as management team member, MD, CEO, director and founder at various firms along with being a successful leader. Mr. Shah has served the role of Sr. General Manager at Group Ashima, a Textile conglomerate. He has scuttled an IT division of a $100 M Textile Company at Group Ashima. Moreover, he was also a promoter & MD of CyberThink Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
