We are looking for a Software Project Manager to lead and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with development teams, designers, QA testers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and manage Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, depending on project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project success.
• Ensure software solutions meet quality standards and align with business needs.
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to improve team productivity.
• Work closely with clients and end users to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage resource allocation, team workload, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software project management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and software architecture (preferred).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of DevOps, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD processes.
• Experience in budget management and resource planning.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and user-centered design principles.
