We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about web technologies and eager to gain hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. The successful candidate will work closely with senior developers to build, test, and maintain web applications while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
• Learn and implement best practices for performance optimization and security.
• Work with databases, APIs, and third-party services to develop full-stack solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular (a plus).
• Understanding of back-end programming languages such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, or GitLab).
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A degree or certification in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Firebase).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Some experience with UI/UX principles.
