Technical Business Analyst(Presales)

As a Technical Business Analyst (Presales) at Nichetech you will play a pivotal role in analyzing the business needs and challenges of our potential clients and designing customized solutions using our comprehensive suite of IT services. You will work closely with our sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure the feasibility, quality, and profitability of the proposed solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the business requirements and challenges of potential clients and propose solutions using IT products and services.
• Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and preparation of mockups to support solution development.
• Utilize excellent communication skills and technical knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise on IT products and services to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage projects effectively, including risk management, sprint planning, and execution.
• Perform gap analysis and requirement outlining to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively to meet project deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the IT/software industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and documentation tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, MS Project, etc.
• Familiarity with software requirements specifications and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in PHP technologies (WordPress, Laravel, CI) would be considered an asset.
