Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, REST APIs, dashboards, enterprise applications, and cloud-based software solutions. The candidate should be capable of working independently as well as within Agile development teams.

The ideal candidate must have experience in both frontend and backend development, database design, API integrations, and AI-assisted software development.

Mandatory Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, and Google Gemini.
• Proven experience delivering custom software development projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Backend Skills (Mandatory)

Strong experience with:

1. Node.js
2. Python
3. SQL
4. MongoDB
5. PostgreSQL
6. REST API Development
7. API Authentication (JWT/OAuth)
8. Database Design & Optimization
9. ORM frameworks (Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM, etc.)
10. Third-party API integrations

Frontend Skills (Mandatory)

Strong experience with:

2. Next.js
3. JavaScript (ES6+)
4. TypeScript
5. HTML5

7. Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap
8. Responsive UI Development
9. State Management (Redux, Context API)

AI Development Tools (Mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of practical experience using:

2. GitHub Copilot
3. Google Gemini
4. AI-assisted code generation
5. AI-based debugging
6. AI-assisted documentation
7. AI-assisted testing
8. Prompt engineering for software development

Additional Technical Skills

Preferred experience with:

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop scalable web applications using Next.js and React.js.
2. Build secure backend services using Node.js and Python.
3. Design and optimize SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL databases.
4. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
5. Use AI coding tools to improve productivity and code quality.
6. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
7. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
8. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
10. Contribute to technical architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
